In order to contract with T2 you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. T2 retains the right to refuse any order made by you.
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign goods and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
a. Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and acknowledged by us.
b. Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any products which you have ordered or the product(s) which you have ordered is no longer in stock, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or replace your order with product of same value with your consent or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
The issuer of your credit or debit card may charge currency conversion or other fees in relation to your order. You should check with the issuer of your credit or debit card for details of any such fees.
The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies
Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your credit or debit card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once your payment has been approved.

We will not accept any returns or refund for any other reasons besides you receiving defective item or wrong item. Please choose your products wisely and feel free to check with us for any inquiry prior to your purchase.
If you happen to receive our products in defective condition or a wrong product is delivered to you, kindly contact us via cs@T2.com.my within 7 days upon receipt of our product(s). Returns requests are only accepted within 7 days upon receipt of our product(s) as per the delivery date provided by our carriers.
Kindly describe your situation and provide us with supporting pictures in your email which we will be able to assist you better. We will then process the refund or replacement (if available) to you the soonest possible.
In order for us to process the refund/replacement, kindly courier back to us the product(s) in its original packaging (paper bag and dust bag) with tags intact, unworn, unaltered and are purchased directly from us. Postage in the event of a return is to be borne by the buyer.T2 reserves the rights to reject any return requests that are deemed unfit and does not meet the condition mentioned above.
Once we have processed and confirmed your refund/replacement, you will expect the refund or replacement within 7 working days. If replacement is not possible, please note that T2 does not have a cash refund policy, hence, any return will be in the form of a store credit only. Kindly note that store credit will be valid for 60 days from the time of issue, any unclaimed store credit will be forfeited after this time period. Store credit can only be utilized in one transaction; any excess or unutilized amount will not be refunded.
