T2 reserves the rights to reject any return requests that are deemed unfit and does not meet the condition mentioned above.
A: Once we have processed and confirmed your refund/replacement, you will expect the refund or replacement within 7 working days. If replacement is not possible, please note that T2 does not have a cash refund policy, hence, any return will be in the form of a store credit only. Kindly note that store credit will be valid for 60 days from the time of issue, any unclaimed store credit will be forfeited after this time period. Store credit can only be utilized in one transaction; any excess or unutilized amount will not be refunded.
